Morris Claiborne is the No. 1 player on the Vikings' draft board

A source with knowledge of the situation tells NFL Network's Steve Wyche that LSU CB Morris Claiborne is the No. 1 player on the Vikings' draft board.

The source "reinforced" that the Vikings are "leaning toward" Claiborne at No. 3, and the team "likes him more" than USC LT Matt Kalil. ESPN's Adam Schefter seems to be on board with Wyche's prediction. Schefter reported just moments ago that "there seems to be a feeling that they might be leaning toward Morris Claiborne over Matt Kalil." These things can change quickly, of course, and there are still several hours remaining before the draft's first round.

  1. #1 on their ENTIRE board!!!! Is that what that means? So they have him ranked ahead of Luck, RG3, TR, Kalil? Maybe Spielman is looking at his board upside down.

  2. Yeah Baby! Shutdown corner Revis Style! That's what this team needs. Take Adams or Schwartz in second round.

    DRAFT TIME BABY!
